"The driver was nice enough to meet us closer to where we stayed. He was there in time. Unfortunately, we were in a rush getting into the car because of saying goodbye to my family. Because of this, my partner didn’t have chance to go to the toilet. We explained to the driver he would need the toilet as soon as possible, if possible. He then said yes ok, I will stop at the next stop. Throughout the journey he was on his phone, we noticed he was on the wrong lane to pull into the service station. As we were concerned, we asked if he could stop at this service station and then he said yes and immediately changed lane. When he stopped, he apologised and said “ I am sorry! I couldn’t pay attention because I was on the phone. Thank you for letting me know to stop”. He was very apologetic but still this was the highlight of the trip in which left me and my partner concerned for the rest of the trip. We felt unsafe and on edge. For this reason, we were uncomfortable and the service was poor. The price was very good but we believe a life has no price and we will never use this sort of service again, we would rather pay for a taxi. "
